We are known in particular for our services in fashion sunglasses, sporting sunglasses, goggles, reading glasses, safety glasses, and children’s sunglasses. We earn our good reputation through providing professional R&D services that are unmatched from our competitors. As a result, Prohero’s ODM service is now one of the most trusted companies when it comes to servicing your needs in the creation, design and manufacturing of your product brand.
Our products are highly praised by clients from worldwide especially in Europe and North America as well as in the South American, Asian, Middle Eastern, and African market. Our business scale has continued to expand rapidly; along with the growing number of employees needed to provide our worldwide customers with the best service and products. In order to ensure we can continue to achieve this goal, Prohero’s headquarters is now at a new location as of April, 2010. With the new office location, and increased staffs, we are able to provide our customers with better products and service than in the past.
Currently, the Prohero headquarters in Taiwan operates as a R&D and sales center. Our manufacturing factories are located in China and Taiwan. We have 130 employees in Taiwan. The main products are high end sunglasses, sporting sunglasses, safety glasses and ski goggle. We produce 100,000 pcs glasses per month. In China, we have 2,800 employees that specialize in manufacturing all level sunglasses and sporting sunglasses. The monthly production capacity is 1,000,000 pcs.
As for materials, we use TR90, PC, ACETATE, PU and rubber for plastic sunglasses, and high quality materials such as bronze, stainless, aluminum and titanium for metal sunglasses. We test our products with our optical inspection facility. The quality of our products can conform to the standard requested from FDA, EU and Australia. Furthermore, our manufacturing process and working environment not only comply with the local government’s regulation, but also with developed countries’ requests about worker’s rights.
